My email server crashed today and for the past month I've been working on a newer one that I'm running off my desktop as a virtual machine. Today I'm getting a replacement server and in the downtime I figured I might as well make the switch. My question is what is the best way to go about this without having to reinstall everything on the new machine? Is there an easy way to take a snapshot of my virtual machine and restore it on to a physical? Thanks!
