Trying to migrate from a single server ISPConfig 3.1 to a new one on a new box(hardware upgrade). Ubuntu 16.04 "prefect" install. I made the Dry Run and everything seemed to work correctly but when I made the migrate run I was still getting "Could not find parent record for domain ..." errors and no websites were showing up in the new server dashboard although the mail boxes were so I'm pretty sure the connection to the API is working. I am seeing this "log_retention_error_regex<br />" in the log? Any and all suggestions welcome!
This message is ok for the dry run, you can ignore it. The dry run is not importing data, it juts tests it so it can not find it's imported data when looking for a parent record on the new server. This message would only be an issue when seen in a live migration.
Please contact the ISPConfig support at [migsupport at ispconfig dot org] and send them the migrate.log file.
