    Hey all,
    I have run into an issue while trying to migrate ispconfig. I get the following errors:
    Anyone know why this would happen?
    Code:
    Migrating MySQL DB: ispconfig
    ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost:3306' (-2)
    ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost:3306' (-2)
    mysqldump: Got error: 2005: "Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost:3306' (-2)" when trying to connect
    Migrating MySQL User: ispconfig
    ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost:3306' (-2)
    ERROR 2005 (HY000): Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost:3306' (-2)
    I ran netstat -ltnp | grep :3306 to confirm mysql was running
    Code:
    tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:3306          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      2589/mysqld
    Here is my autoconfig file:
    Code:
    [SETTINGS]
    license_key=*****
    start=y
    target_server_hostname=192.168.0.*
    target_server_port=22
    mysql_hostname=localhost
    mysql_root_user=admin
    mysql_root_password=*****
    remote_mysql_root_user=admin
    remote_mysql_root_password=*****
    copy_backup_dir=y
    replace_ip=y
    Here is my mysql my 50-server.cnf
    Code:

    Just guessing, but perhaps something specified 'localhost:3306' as the server when it should be just 'localhost'?

    Th0m and ahrasis like this.

    Awesome, thanks for your insight Jessie. I did make a change to one of the files. After restoring the file to its original it fixed the issue.
    Much appreciated :)
