Migration tool split servers

hello Question...
My current multiserver setup, running on openvz

Code:

Web 1 - Centos steam 8
Mail 1 - Centos steam 8
SQL 1 - Centos steam 8

I want to migrate to proxmox, and split the servers
New setup on proxmox

Code:

Web 1 - Debian
Mail 1 - Debian
SQL 1 - Debian

AND

Web 2 - Debian
Mail 2- Debian
SQL 2 - Debian

The question:
i want can i use the migration tool to migrate web/sql/mail 1 to the new servers
and then what is the best setup workflow
My idee:
move all 3 servers to the new 3 servers on proxmox.
After that split the servers.

Is it possible to use the migrate tool on domain base, so i can transfer domains to web 2 etc
Or will ist be a manual transfer of everything
