    Hello,
    Migration Tool reports:
Your license could not be verified. Please make sure the server can
access our license server and your license.key file is in place.
    Stupid question:
How can I test if my server reach the license server? (Domain?)
Which is the right place of the licence.key file?

My license key file hast following form: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
is this the right form or is there a special file, that I must receive?

    Thanks for help
    Best regards
    Frank

When you start the migration tool it ask for the licence string and writes it to a file. You do not need to place it in a file yourself.
If that host can access Internet, it should be able to access the license server. Try
    Code:
    ping -c 3 8.8.8.8
    to test Internet.
If it still says could not be verified contact the migsupport with e-mail.

That's an issue that your system can't connect by https to our systems. This either means that access to the internet is blocked or your old server is so old, that it can't connect to systems with a current SSL/TLS configuration. In case it's a tls issue, you can try to use the --legacy-tls commandline option to force the migration tool into a compatibility mode for old systems. I've sent you an email answer to your support request.
