Missing mail

    Emails sporadically go missing. I often have people say they sent an email and I never received it or vice versa...Please help.

    Do you have mailscan enabled in this account? If yes, disable it.

    Mailscan is not enabled.

    And you are really sure that they got lost on your server. Did you get any error messages in the mail.log for the missing emails?
