I wanted to ask a question that is a bit difficult to search on. I requested that my company start blogging and I wanted to run Wordpress for it. My web admin at work said that the new server is up and running SuSe with Apache2. He said mod_rewrite is installed but when I try to use nice permalinks in Wordpress I get a 404 page. When I turn off the nice permalinks the page loads. To me it seems like mod_rewrite isn't installed. I used a phpinfo file and it's listed in the list of mods. Any ideas what else I can do to figure out whether this is installed or not. thx for any help
