Monitor issue - Logs have not been updated for 3 months

    Hello,

    We have a problem with ISPConfig 3.1.11 installation. After migration to a new server (we used ISPConfig Migration Toolkit) "Server status" and "Logs" tabs from Monitor section are not updating (although they are properly created every day). "System status" is fine though. What could cause this issue? I enclose fresh apache (there are some problems there) and ispconfig logs.

    OS: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
