Hi I have a centos 6.3 server with ispconfig3 . The mail server is postfix. I want to monitor if all the mails coming into a particular inbox are getting replied or not. The user might delete some mails without replying to it , but that mail also should be counted as unreplied one. Can any one please guide me how to do that. Thanks & Regards Sudip
