On the site http://private.dnsstuff.com/ I scored a F Also I host some clients who are .orgs And I get this error alot Took off 3 points for ".org" TLD (extra lookups may be required to find the parent servers). because my ns server is ispconfig are .com Can I use my .org url, enter in say ns1,ns2 for it and use it as the nameservers even though ISPConfig->Management->Settings Will still show the ns1/2 .com urls?
The above is fine. If I were you, I wont change anything. The only finetuning that you might want to do is to ask your domain registry to add glue records and to deny reverse lookups for external users.
