Mount NAS with cifs owner question?

  1. I need to mount a folder on NAS to a specific dir to have a shared folder between 2 servers. The folder has owner amavis:amavis but the content has owner of root:root. Normally when I mount NAS to a folder I use cifs users,uid=0,gid=0,rw,noserverino,credentials=<credentials_file> so the dir and it's content have owner root:root or cifs users,uid=1000,gid=0,rw,noserverino,credentials=<credentials_file> for admin:root.

Is it possible to mount it with differen dir and content of dir owners? If it is, how?
