I have a reseller with some customers that wants to quit his hosting services and pass all his customers to me. For the first of these customers I tried to take the responsibility away from the reseller by setting parent_client_id in the client table to 0. But the customer entry still appears in the resellers client list. I can't find any other occourances of the resellers id in the client records. So, what else do I have to do to move the client from resellers responsibility to mine?
