I had a temporary problem with my Postfix server (dovecot). Mail went into another folder and I'd like to get it into the user's active folder. If I'm logged into the server, and I cut and paste the message into the correct folder, that does not work. Is there another way to move the messages that will work?
Never mind. It dawned on me that the file permissions were being changed, so I manually corrected them after they were in the correct folder and everything worked.
