Do I use ISPCopy or Migration tool kit? Do I need to create a new Ubuntu perfect server beforehand?

Personally, I would use the Migration Tool if it's a single server. I use ISPCopy only for its special purpose, which is moving slave nodes of a multiserver to other hardware while keeping them connected to their master. But it does not make an exact copy. means that e.g. internal ID's of records might change as everything gets imported. If you want to get a exact copy file by file, then use ISPCopy, but this has the drawback that even minor differences in de underlying system setup might cause you issues.
