I moved a site from an admin account to a reseller account. When I did that the database for that site was lost. Why did that happen? Also I don't seem to be able to create a database for that site anymore. I restored the database and the site works but ISPConfig doesn't know about it. How do I fix this?
I guess that the reseller were you moved the site to was not allowed to have mysql databases or you set the limit too low. Create a new database in ispconfig and then migrate the database contents to this new database.
Sorry for the double post. I allowed the reseller MySQL permission but I still can't add a database to the site from admin or from the reseller. Is there a way I can fix it in the database?
Mkae sure that the reseller AND the website have mysql databases allowed and that the limits are high enoug. No, this cant be fixed in the database easily.
