Hi, In many users the mail goes into the spam folder of the webmail. I have changed the entry in the move_junk database to n but they keep going into the junk folder It only gets changed if I go into ispconfig and change it one by one.
When changing it to n, nothing changes, as the sieve rule still exists. To update those, resync all mailboxes under Tools -> Resync
