    Hi,

I moved and now my server isn't accessible by other computers.

I have updated my IP address at dyndns and I have all my router settings correct, the servers IP has stayed the same and all the ports that need to be forwarded internally but i;m not sure about external ports, I think my new ISP may be blocking alot of ports. My ISP is NU-Z.

The site is still: http://runecore.selfip.com:82/ when I go there in FF I get the "Unable to connect" error and that makes me think its a port problem.
What do you think? And do you know a way to check all blocked or open ports?

    Any help is greatly welcomed.

Please check with the command "ifconfig" on your server, that it listens on the correct IP. Then go to the ISPCOnfig interface, select the website, select the correct IP and save it.

Are you sure that port 82 is correct? ISPConfig listens normally on port 81.

I did all that you said and everything is in order. I even checked my dyndns account and made sure my ip was up-to-date since i dont have static anymore. I have ispconfig running on port 81 but my webtrafic is coming in on 82 to get around the port 80 block that my old ISP had.

I think my new ISP has alot more ports blocked, do you know any way to scan for an open port to use?

Also could I PM an admin about changing my email address for me? I don't have this one anymore and would like to change it to my current.

Have you changed it already under user cp > Edit email and password ?

No I did not want to try that without having the email because I wasn't sure if vbulletin locks your account or not after you tell it to change and then if you had to click a confirmation email at your old address and your new address.

I don't think vBulletin sends a confirmation email when you change your email address.
