Hi, in multi server setups the client server connects as root@fqdn to the master server. Is this procedure mandatory or is it possible to use an individual SQL user? Regards CMKS
No, that's not the case when you use ISPConfig. ISPConfig asks for the root user only during installation as it has to create new mysql users with lower privileges on the master.
