Hi all, I've just started to look at using ispconfig 3, seems great so far. I want to use it for some existing hosting clients we have. But how do we handle multiple hosting plans per user/client? e.g. we have 2 hosting plans: - Plan A: 1 site, 50mb space - Plan B: 1 site, 100mb space, 1 mysql db. and 2 customers: - Customer 1 - Customer 2 Customer 1 has 2 web sites - domain1.com: Plan A - domain2.com: Plan A Customer 2 has 2 web sites - domain3.com: Plan A - domain4.com: Plan B So each customer can have multiple plans. However in ISPconfig 3, I can create clients ok, create the templates (hosting plans), but it appears only 1 template can be applied to a client. How can I let 1 customer (client) log into the CP with 1 username, and have multiple hosting plans (templates)? Thanks Mike
You dont need multiple hosting plans, as a hosting plan limits the client and not a specific website. So if a client shall be able to have more then one website, simply assign a hosting plan with 2 websites to him or a hosting plan for one website and then a additional hosting plan which adds another website.
