Dear Community, I'd like to ask that is there a method to create multiple ISPconfig panel users for a client or a reseller? Or create a separate user (without admin right) who can access multiple clients (not related by a reseller)? My original goal is that I'd like to create a user separate from clients/resellers, who is not an administrator, but can access and manage some of the clients not related directly to each other or to one reseller. The situatation: a computer engineer at a support company assigned to administer multiple client's accounts on out ISPconfig system, but I cannot put all those clients under one reseller, because they are not related that way. I'd like to avoid giving all client's ISPc accounts to this engineer, I'd like to give him one "personal" account for thsi task. Are any of these possible any way? I cannot create simple user on the "admin users" page, so I created an admin user, selected some client's groups to allow access to those, but if I login with that user, all clients accessible regardless of selected groups. Thank you for your help! FYI: ISPconfig 3.2.9 multi-server setup on Debian 10
Only if all that specified clients are migrated into one separate ISPConfig server system, not linked to your current ISPConfig multi server system, then he may administer them without knowing other clients of yours.
