   I configured 3 domains using one IP address using "*" in the settings, but they all point to the same web directory. How do I separate them to different directories?

   Crete each domain as separate website, ensure that you enabled auto subdomain www if you want to access them as www.domain.tld as well. Dont add them as aliasdomains.
