Multiple websites unexpectedly use the same Document Rooi

My problem is probably very basic but... I have just installed ISPconfig 3.2 on debian 12, then created 2 websites for 2 different domains.
domain1.com was the 1st domain I created and it works just fine.
I then created domain2.com, but when I try to access it (using its URL redirected by a Windows hosts file), I consistently reach the data in the document root of domain1.com
What could be wrong ? This looks so simple it hurts, I know, but I a stuck there
