Multiserver apache2 + nginx how?

Hello!
I want to create two server one with apache2 and the control panel with every feature and secound with nginx. I want to ask about the installation. What i need to be install on the nginx server? I mean the services. FTP needed? Or the webinterface?
I want to manage everything with the first server.

 

Install the 2nd server in expert-mode and join the existing setup.

 

I't OK but the question about services. I need install ftp service too? Or the ispconfig sync somehow?

 

If you need ftp-access on this server, you must install pureftpd.
