Hello, it looks so: I have a Domain for a client www.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de the IP is routet to a new IP now to 78.47.187.173. All works fine, without this: If I go to this domain by typing this domain in Explorer it show me this: I look into the confic. It is the right IP insert into Config. Also in the Web. the ping is very fine. No the other thing. In co-Domains there is no entry for this Domain. Really, I don´t using this domain in another account (web). I don´t know where here the problem it is??????? I deleted this many times and cleard the Trash. What I do wrong???# PLEASE HELP ADD If I typing www.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de I´ll get the index. But still http://shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de the error!
For me when I go to www.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de I see All looks fine to me. All you need to do now is remove the index.html, and upload your own site. If you want "shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de" to be the same site as www.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de, than you will need to add shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de as the Co-Domain for www.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de
this is the problem. by WWW.shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de I get the same datas like you. But I can´t install shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de into co-Domains. All the time ISPConfig says to me that I´m still using this domain. But this is wrong. I don´t need this on a other place. André
Then check all recycle bin's and all websites if there is no website or co-domain shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de.
Have a look at the ISPConfig database, if the domain is lsited there in the isp_isp_domain table with a empty hostname field.
Wow... An easy way to do this is to use phpMyAdmin. Dowload the ready to install for ISPconfig from here: http://www.ispconfig.org/downloads.htm Be really careful. Looking in the database is no problem, but If you do not know what you are doing in the database, you could really break things!
Okay, here are now the informations: on isp_isp_web or user are nothing douple or with the wrong IP. But in domain is this, what I added here. The domain shop-schwarzes-gesoxx.de has the wrong IP. And there is a empty field. This Website should be 173 at the end not 174. The other with 174 are correct. What i have to do? Thx a lot André
Opemn the site settings in ISPConfig, select the corect 174 IP address and click on save. make sure that you have filled "www" in the hostname field of the website. Then add a co-domain with the same domain name and leave the hostname field empty for this co-domain.
In screenshot23 you show the correct co domains but you told us in the thread that this co-domain does not exist. If you want to create a now co-domain for this domain, click on "Löschen" in the form that is shown in screenshot3, wait a minute, empty the recycle bin and recreate the co-domain in the other webiste.
No you didn´t understand this screenshot. I made this, to show you I´m triing to create this co-domain. But this co-domain wont work. You see this on screenshot 4!
