I'm trying to become familiar with Samba. Now I've installed it, and I want to configure it now, but I can't find my smb.conf... Can anyone tell me where it is supposed to be? Thx, Cornelius
configuration files usually reside within /etc sometimes followed by its package name, could be samba try /etc/samba/smb.conf
