    Hi everyone,

Two days ago, I upgraded my ISPConfig instance to the latest version. Today, I noticed that several of my Let's Encrypt certificates had been deleted, which caused issues with my mail server.

For context, I run mail server with speific name for each domain I host - for example, mail.domain1.com, mail.domain2.com, and so on. I've set up a custom configuration for Postfix and Dovecot that includes certificates for all these domains. All certificates were issued by Let's Encrypt, but I generated them outside of ISPConfig.

I've been running this setup for about a year without any issues. However, I suspect a new feature introduced in the latest ISPConfig update may be the culprit. Specifically, the "Auto Cleanup of Certificates" feature, which is described as automatically removing old certificates to reduce clutter. The certificates that were deleted were neither old nor expired, but again, they were not created through ISPConfig.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to disable the certificate auto-cleanup feature as this caused quite a bit of trouble for me. Thanks!

The certificate cleanup feature can be configured under System> Server Config.
