I have one server set up as a mirror of the other and sql replication master to slave as per this guide: http://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-set-up-database-replication-in-mysql-on-ubuntu-9.10 ispconfig very conveniently creates the database on the slave also but replication doesn't start without adding the bin log references. If ispconfig could write apend these files on the master and slave and then restart mysql it would make mirroring even easier. Is this viable? David
