Mysql Centralize Process

    heloo to all experts out in this forum , i'm new to php and mysql.
    one of the question that alway keep echo in mind is that.
    Can mysql do centralize process?

    if i have 2 shops which is shop A and shop B.

    shop A wish to know the total products in shop B.

    if i use mysql to do the centralize process , will it be suitable?

    i got no idea. Please comment

    Are both shops from the same type / design, or what do you want to centralize?

    Otherwise just let ShopA's mySQL User access the necessary tables from shop B to gather that information...

    sorry for being unclear ya , hehe

    i'm creating a website which is name XXX for 50 stationary shop under 1 boss.

    the client wanted to know the total quantity of products available on each branch

    will it be suitable for me to use mysql db to do the centralize thing?

    I mean you can use any DB which is supported by your Application.
    The way on how to gather any information is part of your businnesslogic, so you are free how to implement it.
