With the update of my server to Perfect Server - Ubuntu 15.10 with Maria, I now see that my mysql.connect_timeout = 120 over ride is no longer being parsed and is showing as the default 10. One of my Joomla applications is showing I googled for MariaDB and found connect_timeout as opposed to mysql.connect_timeout but no joy using that. What is the correct variable for MariaDB ?
