    Hello,

Is it possible to change the naming of the mysql database from webid_db(x) to domain_db(x) and, of course also the webid_u(1) to domain_u(x)?

You can change that if you write a new database library for ISPConfig.

My thought was that it became easier to link a database to a domain. morehost.com_db1 I know where to link it (when logged in as root) web53_db1 I don't.

    Sorry for asking.....

Dots aren't allowed in database names. If you used morehost.com_db1, MySQL would think morehost is the database name and com_db1 the name of a table in the morehost database.
