mySQL Error when server.sh is run job does not clear

I have a multi-server environment that was working perfectly I recently updated to 3.2.9 and now one of my servers has an issue and queued jobs do not run (the other servers seem fine)
when I run server.sh manually to see what it happening it spits out the following error which would seem to indicate that something did not go right with the database upgrade:

It seems I have found a solution by comparing the tables from the working servers I fixed it by running the following in mysql

ALTER TABLE `web_domain` ADD `userdir` TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `errordocs`;

Weird, seems like the database upgrade did not complete successfully on that server.

Run

ispconfig_update.sh --force

Just for sure there. Can you share the output?

I did run the same command when the issue first popped up but here is the output again
