Nagios issue

Hello, I am following instructions for installing nagios here : http://www.howtoforge.com/installing-nagios-3.4.4-on-centos-6.3

However, when I try to open the link as given in the link http:myip/nagios

it does not open.. can anyone help me regarding this issue ?

http://myip/nagios

issue resolved, after I added the rule for port 80 in iptables.
