Hi Guys, Now I have done it! ISPConfig working really well, now for the next part, to set up my own hosting. I have a number of domain names, and now I would like to be able to log into the control panel of the organisation that sold me www.mydomain.com and point the requests directly to my own server. At the moment the request hops over to zonedit.com and then, as they host the name server for my domain hops to me. I am unable to enter an ip address as the name server address, only ns.server.com. How do I propegate the internet with nsx.mydomain.com thus providing a complete web hosting solution to my clients?
Well, that differs from registrar to registrar, but these tutorials should give you the idea (although they are for ISPConfig 2, not 3): http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig_dns_godaddy http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig_dns_providerdomain_schlund
