named.conf seems to contain deleted domains?

    Good afternoon.

I am having a problem with our named.conf in ispconfig version: 2.2.9. We have some deleted domains which are getting put into the named.conf when it regenerates (via writeconf), but since there is no pri.mydomain.tld file in /var/named/ for the domain, the restart of named fails (resulting in no DNS service on the server).

I have had a look on the forums (and a search engine), and the only advice I can locate is telling me to delete from the recycle bin - which I have, every one within isp manager and dns manager, isp invoice and management, and still no joy. The records are in the database, as are other historical ones that are not put in the named.conf file (and I can't see the difference within the tables, either). I have noted the various warnings advising against editing the database - so have not edited it yet.

I presume there is a setting somewhere that I have missed, which is resulting in this behaviour, however I cannot spot it - can anyone advise where it might be?

    Thanks in advance,

    Dave.

Please try to empty all recycle bin's in the ISPConfig dns-manager.

    Till,

    Many thanks for your reply.

I have done this previously, as stated in my original question.

    I have now re-done this.

    The error still occurs.

I would welcome any further thoughts on this issue.

    Thanks,

    Dave.
