Named not answering on queries

Installed Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS than ISPConfig using this turtorial:

Than i set up dns zone:

But named doesn't responds to queries from another pc

nslookup mediatours.ca 162.219.176.42
Server: UnKnown
Address: 162.219.176.44

*** UnKnown can't find mediatours.ca: Query refused​

DIG from local shell:

dig @localhost mediatours.ca
...
mediatours.ca. 10807 IN A 162.219.176.10​

Returned ip from googles dns...(

Ports are opened, tried to shut down iptables, nothing helped
