Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice. I've looked into this hosting company, they even got ranked #5 on this review site ( http://www.hosting-buyers-guide.com/re/2005ipowerweb/ ). I'm building a site that's gonna have alot of pictures and video, so I'll need alot of space and speed, so has anyone used this host before? Thanks.
I've always run my own servers, so I can't give any recommendations. But if you think your web site will become big and popular, you should maybe get a dedicated server instead of a hosting package.
Falko makes a good point, if you know it's going to be popular, then you should get a dedicated server. I would recommend looking into godaddy.com. They're best registrar, and I wouldn't find anything against their hosting really. Pretty cheap. They offer shared, virtual dedi, and dedicated.
