Need guidance on Web Conferencing

Hello All,

I wish to install 'on-premise deployed' web conferencing solution. We shall use the same for live meetings, live training sessions as well as recorded on demand training sessions.

Can anybody please draw me to a good start? I would like to go for less expensive yet fully manageable hardware or software solution.
