Need Help:Installing Ubuntu Or Fedora From A Windows

Hi!!
I am new here and i have a question on the following article

In this guide the author download files from internet.............
I need to install Ubuntu using "unetbootin" from my an iso file

 

In this case I suggest you burn the iso file onto a CD and install Ubuntu from it.
