Hello, I really hope someone can help me! I have working website setup on openvz with debian minimal and ispconfig3 , (site was setup without client account) for some reason after i created client account and email domain & email mailbox, i get ERROR 404 on main site which was working perfectly fine before that.. I looked aroung on google and here but i haven't found anything that worked for me.. i can see with FTP that all my files are still there.. Any Help would be much appreciated!!
yes it's the first and only site to be on this vps on my dedicated server. i was away for the last 20 hrs and now it's working without errors again.. here is what I think could have caused that... I created a client "domain" and an email account as well.. and then I got ERROR 404... so I deleted new client and email,but doing so did not fix the error right away..more like 24 hours after..lol make any sense to you? I would really like to understand because now i'm scared to create an email account again..lol thanks for your time!
and you created that site in ISPConfig? If you created it manually outside of ispconfig, then remove that site and create it again in ispconfig. Creating the email account is not related to that issue, its just a coincident.
