Do you want to set up a web server or a DHCP server?

If your web server has a static IP in your LAN, you must forward port 80 from your router to your web server.
If your Internet connection uses a dynamic IP, you can get a hostname from dyndns.org.

You can use any other port (e.g. 8080) and then forward it to port 80 of your server. Users must then use port 8080 in the URL (e.g. http://www.example.com:8080).
