    Hi.
I need to get some help form a pro to figure out what happended with y debian server after I updated Ispconfig.
First my email stops and now my apache has stopeed. I do belive that when the update script was run there was some issue that caused mysql to stop,.

I have naturally tried to start services etc manually in the command line but I am not able to get it working.
I have for a couple of days tried to get in contact with the business service at ISPconfig but witout any luck.

Anyone that is a pro that can contact me and we can agree on a price for fixing this,.

    Thx.

    Ole

My understanding is the business support is responsive. How have you tried to contact?
These update issues have been solved on these forums in the past. but if you are in a position where you can not reveal any information about your server and setup then you do need a private consultation from an expert.
I am not confident I can promise fixing a remote server I know nothing about, so I do not offer my services.

MySQL is down! Rescue will not help!
    ipcrm: not enough arguments

I have read and it is more than I can understand what it is , I bet it is not very complicated.
I just have to sit and wait for the business support to contact me..

I've contacted Florian from ISPConfig business support to check out your support request. Business support is available on Business days during normal office hours, so when you sent your request e.g on Friday evening or Saturday or Sunday, then the support will normally contact you on Monday.

Thanks, I truly understand that it has to be support on Business days. For smale companies like us it is often evening adn especially weekend we try to do this in case there are issues. As I wrote normally Floran respond very fast or tell me when he can be avaliable, but in theese Mexian beer days, we cant expect that everything is as normal.

    Thanks for the info Till.

At 07:00 I was contacted this morning by Florian at business support helped me fix the issue.
I am told it was because I put some wrong IP into the update script.. I cant understand how that happened but main thing now is that it is working. :)
