I have been asked to setup a mail server for the office with an intranet. So we have T1 connection with 3 static ips. On ip is being used for the router so I have two to spare. this is how i want to setup the network/server.
    Question is will this work?

    DHCP
    Wan---firewall---router-----switch-----------------hub----LAN
    (static ip) |
    |
    |
    Email server
    (static ip)

So for the clients in your LAN this email server would appear as a normal server on the Internet. That should work.

I think it looks good, but why did you connect a hub to the switch? A switch is far better.
