New db server wrong user permissions

Hi all,
On a multi server setup I've added a new db server named db3.mydomain.com
I create a new DB and a user but from the web2 server and any other apart from the local db3 server is not accessible.
Under privileges I can see the proper access for myuser@localhost and [email protected] but not myuser@% as it is on the other 2 db servers that I got and it works fine.
I haven't done anything different than installing the server as per manual.

Any help is very much appreciated.
