new mysql database not being created ?

Hi All,
Suddenly I don't see the database for a new user being created. All others, like website, etc are being created; not database. Is there any cron or daemon that should be running, for this,etc ? What should I check for, suggestions please ?

Do you see any errors in ISPConfig's Monitor module?

Here are the errors in Ispconfig3:
FTP-Servers: Offline
Mydns-Servers: Offline

All the other servers are online.

What about System Log, Job Queue, etc.?

 

Actually I would like to create the database on server1 which don't have any red warning in the monitor. System Log, Job Queue are empty but the database is not being created.

I Fix the problems. I was selecting my second server that is not hosting any website (bad mistake). I finally selected the right server and the software is working perfect. Sorry for this distraction and thanks to all for their attentions.
