New reseller, databases are gone

I need some help.
In ispconfig I created new reseller, and I forgot to check mysql in limits tab. After I moved sites to that reseller, all mysql databases are gone. I don't have any backup. I restore them from recycle, but phpmyadmin shows me, that there are no tables in that databases. Is there any other way to get that databases back?

Can you see the databases in the /var/lib/mysql directory?

 

In that directory, there are directories with the same name as the websites, and in them only file db.opt. I guess I made the mistake, that I restored databases before I checked mysql mark under limits in resellers/limits tab. Databases from the other sites are ok.
