New Server Deployment

Hi, I have just got a 3 HP Proliant DL580 G2 Server's.

2x Intel Xeon Processor @ 1.9 GHz, 512 KB L2, 1 MB L3
4 GB DDR, 4x 72.8 GB, Dual Power Supply.

4x Intel Xeon Processor @ 2.8 GHz, 512 KB L2, 1 MB L3
4 GB DDR, 4x 72.8 GB, Dual Power Supply.

4x Intel Xeon Processor @ 2.0 GHz, 512 KB L2, 1 MB L3
8 GB DDR, 4x 72.8 GB, Dual Power Supply.

I was reading that these mp xeon are not x64. I wanted to run vmware or something like that and run multiple ispconfig 3 servers. Some help and direction?
