New Signed SSL cert showing as self signed

I added a new cert, first went in and created the SSL request, sent that to the CA, and received the new cert. I then copied that to the SSL Certificate window and saved certificate.

When I check the cert it shows as

The certificate is self-signed. Users will receive a warning when accessing this site unless the certificate is manually added as a trusted certificate to their web browser.

    Did I miss something?

Please let us know which authority (e.g. verisign / godaddy, etc). from which you buy the cert.

    Thanks.

You might have to add a bundle/intermediate cert to the appropriate field in ISPConfig. This depends on your CA.

It's with Globalsign. So do I add it at server level, or through ISPConfig?

Through ISPConfig. Please paste the intermediate certificate into the SSL Bundle field in ISPConfig.
