New sites added doesnt create /var/www/clients/ Redirects to Apache Default

After Reinstalling ispconfig bcoz of some other errors.
Now when i add a new site in ispconfig. it get added on the control panel but when i got to /var/www/clients to check if the new site has beeen added . there are no folders there.
The added website redirects or displays page of Apache default template. ( which is there for the ip address ).
If i add https://newwebsite.com i get the ispconfig " welcome to your new webiste" message. but the http:// show default Apache message.

Can any one help me it would be great
