New to Linux

    Hi, I am fairly new to Linux and have a quick question. I am currently running Arch on a laptop. Yes, I know Arch is not ideal for a new user but I am willing to take the time to learn it.

    How do I stop the battery from charging at 80% with software or tweak, mine has no BIOS setting. Is that even possible without it being built into the BIOS?

    Just remove the charger so it won't charge until you plug it in back. No need software for that.
