I added a "new website" via SITES > WEBSITES > Add NEW WEBSITE Installed Wordpress. Edited my hosts file on MAC computer, added my server public IP. I can get to Wordpress Admin. I can get to ABOUT page, CONTACT page, SERVICES page but when i open HOME page it opens up another website on my server. Any idea how could this be fixed?
Your browser is auto redirecting to HTTPS, which your new website most likely doesn't have yet. So the webserver sends the first HTTPS website in its config to your browser. Not much you can do about it except letting ISPC configure a selfsigned certificate. At least until your dns allows you to create a publicly accepted certificate. Or disable auto redirect to HTTPS in your browser so it stays on HTTP.
